Camp Rules
In-home boarding at Camp Melissa is simple, there are only 4 rules:

1. All dogs must be current on rabies and distemper vaccines. Other vaccinations such as bordetella, lyme disease, etc., are recommended but not required.
2. All dogs must be on some type of flea prevention, such as Frontline, Advantix, or have a flea collar; and must be free of fleas when they arrive at Camp.
3. All dogs must be spayed or neutered; unless special provision is given because of age, medical condition, or other factors.
4. Camp Melissa is an open environment where dogs interact with one another, so it is very important that your dog be able to get along with other dogs. Aggressive dogs are not allowed.
